The FORDAYS NEPAL PVT. LTD is Nepal’s first Japanese style training institution dedicated to developing job, ready human resources for Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. Established by FORDAYS Co., Ltd. and BLUE SKY JAPAN Co., Ltd., the center focuses on practical nursing care and food service training that meets real Japanese workplace standards.

Our mission is to ensure that the period between hiring and arrival in Japan is not left as a blank phase, but is instead used to build practical skills, discipline, and confidence.

Our Journey to Nepal

Building Bridges of Hope
and Self Reliance Since 2008

What started as a vision has grown into a meaningful journey of empowerment, from vocational training and earthquake relief to Nepal's first Japanese style SSW training center.

2008
The Beginning
Representative Wada visited Sarangkot Village, initiated the Nepal Support Project, and established the NPO "The Association for Nepal Synapse Self-Reliance Support in Japan."
2009
Building Foundations
Sarangkot FORDAYS Work Training Center completed. Literacy class opened to begin vocational training for the local community.
2010–11
Expanding Programs
Sewing machine training launched. Local NGO "Nepal FORDAYS Self-Reliance Support Association" established with preparations for local transfer.
2012–14
Local Leadership
Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant opened (2012). Vocational training (2013) and restaurant business (2014) handovers completed, ensuring sustainable local management.
2015
Earthquake Relief
Magnitude-7.8 earthquake struck. FORDAYS immediately began relief activities. Donation of JPY 22,047,233 presented to Ambassador Madan Kumar Bhatarai.
2016–17
Rebuilding & Renewal
Four schools reconstructed after earthquake. Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant renovated and reopened. School lunch program launched.
2019
Expansion & Growth
Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant reopened with accommodation facilities, expanding opportunities for tourism and local employment.

Required qualification from the
Candidates

STEP ONE- LANGUAGE
JFT Certificate

A valid Japan Foundation Test result, with scores recorded across script & vocabulary, conversation & expression, listenting comprehension, and reading comprehension confirming thje language level needed to work in Japan.

STEP TWO- TECHNICAL SKILL
Skill Certificate

A Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exam result, with total marks scored in either Nursing Care or Food Service verifying the technical competence required for that field.

STEP THREE- EMPLOYMENT
Job Offer Letter

A formal offer letter issued by a Japanese comapny, for a confirmed role in Nursing Care or Food Service the Final step before placement.

Completion · Fordays Nepal
Certificate of Completion

Issued and signed by a licensed Japanese trainer, in either Kaigo (nursing Care) or Food Service confirming that every candidate has mastered the hands on skills their trade demands.
