Food Service
Training

Hands on Japanese culinary and service training designed for the F&B industry, covering real kitchen techniques, plating, hygiene, and the discipline expected in Japanese restaurant workplaces.

Real Japanese Kitchen
Skills, From Day One

Our Food Service training program prepares SSW candidates for the realities of working in Japanese restaurants, cafeterias, and food production facilities. Unlike generic culinary courses, our curriculum is structured around actual dishes served in Japanese workplaces, taught by experienced Nepali staff from Japan's food service industry.

Training is conducted in Japanese with Nepali interpretation, simulating the real language environment candidates will face on arrival. Each session runs for two hours including full cleanup, matching the discipline and time-management expectations of Japanese kitchens.
