Excellence for Japan

The Khaigo program is designed to prepare students for careers in Japan's rapidly growing elderly care industry. With Japan's aging population, the demand for skilled care workers continues to rise creating excellent, stable opportunities for trained professionals.

Our 1 month intensive program combines theoretical Japanese care language with hands on practical skills across 5 structured weekly modules ensuring graduates are fully prepared to provide compassionate, professional care from their very first day in Japan.

Skills You'll Master

Safe techniques for helping residents move, transfer between bed and wheelchair, and walking assistance with proper body mechanics.

Hygiene & Personal Care

Bathing assistance, oral care, dressing support, and maintaining dignity while providing personal care in Japanese facilities.

Meal Assistance

Proper feeding techniques, dietary considerations, swallowing care, and creating a positive, safe mealtime experience.

Communication

Essential Japanese phrases for care settings, non-verbal communication, voice commands, and building rapport with elderly residents.

Who Can Apply?

Language
JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic certification required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Physical
Good health for lifting and extended standing periods
Age
18 years or older with a compassionate attitude
No Prior Experience Needed
